Andy has been with Covenir since December 2016 and has held key positions in Customer Support, Technical Support, and Premium Support.  While in Customer Support Andy worked as the liaison between customers and Covenir, supporting the FNOL line of business.  With Covenir’s aggressive hiring strategy, Andy transitioned into Technical Support to fill a need the need of on-boarding new hires by configuring all hardware and software while offering desk top support. Andy currently supports the premium support team, processing on average $15 million in premiums monthly and processing all outbound payments, commissions, and reconciliations.
