Get to Know Sallie Ricardo
As the Customer Success Manager for Covenir, Sallie has the privilege of being an internal advocate for customers. “I enjoy working with our customers and helping them explore options to solve a business need. I especially like exceeding their expectations,” Sallie says. She loves her team because they work cohesively together for the good of the customer.
Sallie attended Mount Wachusett Community College.
